    Orders within USA are normally shipped via USPS. Printers ship world wide via UPS, Fedex, DHL and other international couriers.

    A signature is required on receipt of the package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

    Orders will have tracking numbers.

    Shipping costs

    The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost depending on the volume, weight and destination of the products purchased.

    Unforeseen Shipping issues and Customs Charges

    From the time your package leaves Chief Pins until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with Shipping Couriers in your country. Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Chief Pins cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post - delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us via our contact page form.

  • Yes! Contact us with the details of your order and our team will look into your request

  • We use a print-on-demand manufacturer, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. We do not accept returns and exchanges if a wrong order is made or you simply change your mind.

    However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, our printing manufacturer offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
